The Return process - Online Return/Exchange—You can return or exchange an item online at Enzeo by following the below steps. 

 

  • Log in to the 'My Account' section at Enzeo.in
  • Select the product that needs to be returned/exchanged
  • Follow the steps and fill in the required information to complete the process.

And for manual return process is:
    1. Raise the return request on WhatsApp or Click here.
    2. Once the return request is accepted our team will raise the pick up request.
    3. After we receive the product at our warehouse it goes through quality check.
    4. As QC (quality check) is done and approved.
    5. Refund/Exchange is issued post Quality Check.
    6. For refund we only do Bank Transfer  

     

    Need to return – Few points to remember

    • Returns/exchange request need to be within 07 days of the delivery of a product
    • Please fill the returns form for easy processing of refunds
    • All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.
    • Return and exchange will be attempted in a secure bag.
    • Shipping Charges shall be non-refundable.
    • In case you receive a damaged/defective, the company should be notified within 24 hours of receipt. We might request you to share snapshot at care@enzeo.in or connect with us via WhatsApp us. 
    • If you choose to self-ship the products, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised.
    • Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
    • Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
    • In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to Enzeo. In this case, an amount of Rs. 100 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code or bank transfers. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.

    How do you return?

    • Reverse picks up from your shipping address: Our reverse pick-up facility is currently available only in select locations, which fall under the service network of our courier partners.
    • Self-ship: In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchases on our website or on your request with might transfer it to your respective account. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

    Return Form is an easy-to-fill form that allows you to return the received shipment to Enzeo. The Return Form is included in the shipment parcel along with your order. Exchange or return can be via singing it into your account.

     

     

    Refund options for you- The customer can choose to get their refund in the following ways:

    Cash refund via bank transfer into their account for all COD orders

    • Money back to the paid account/ credit card for all online orders.
    • A Coupon Code of the refund value in your Enzeo account, which can be redeemed against any purchase. You may check the issued Coupon Code under the ‘Coupons’ section, by clicking on ‘My Account’ at Enzeo.in

     

    Cancellation Policy

    Enzeo.in reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.In case of partial cancellation by customer if total cart value goes below the free shipping amount , ENZEO.IN reserves the right to recover the shipping charges of Rs. 199/-.

    Cash On Delivery Policy

    As per the Cash on Delivery policy:

    • To avail C-O-D Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for C-O-D.
    • C-O-D is applicable on a minimum sale value of Rs. 0 and maximum of Rs. 20,000 only.
    • Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
    • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery.
    • If the product is open, do not accept the order.
    • No credit/debit cards are accepted in Cash on Delivery.

    Using Cash Back & Promo Codes/Coupons

    • Cash back Promo Code may not be applicable for all the products on the website.
    • Special coupons should be redeemed within the limited period, and validity once expired, cannot be extended later.
    • Two offers cannot be clubbed together using the Promo Code.
    • Enzeo.in reserves the right to cancel any promotional 'Promo Code' and the transactions in which they are used. (This is not applicable on Cash back Promo Codes)
    • Cash back and Promo Code Coupon cannot be clubbed together to avail an offer at Enzeo.in. This means, if Promo Code is used in an offer, Cash back cannot be generated.
    • Cash back amount is subject to change at the sole discretion Enzeo.in.
